If a video made with Alterframe uses your face or likeness without your consent, depicts someone you represent, or otherwise violates our Content Policy, report it here. You do not need a Alterframe account to file a report.

How to report

Email [email protected] with:

• A link to, or copy of, the content (or wherever you encountered it).
• Which policy you believe it violates.
• For likeness claims: a statement that you are the person depicted (or are authorized to act for them). We may ask for a reasonable form of identity verification; we use it only to process the report and then delete it.

What happens next

• We acknowledge every report within 24 hours.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery: removed within 48 hours of a valid report, along with any copies we host, as required by the Take It Down Act.
• Other violations are reviewed promptly; confirmed violations result in content removal and action against the account, up to termination.
• Apparent child sexual abuse material is removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

Copyright claims

For copyright complaints, send the same email with a description of the copyrighted work, proof of your rights, and your contact information, and we will process it as a takedown request.
